📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Coordinate with the Land Transportation Office (LTO) to ensure timely and accurate vehicle registration processes.
• Assist clients in navigating the vehicle registration process, providing clear guidance and support.
• Maintain and update vehicle registration records using SAP and other relevant software.
• Prepare and submit necessary documentation to government agencies, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
• Monitor and report on registration progress, identifying and resolving any issues promptly.
• Attend meetings and events with government officials and clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in vehicle registration laws and regulations.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in vehicle registration, government compliance, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle registration processes and government regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
