📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the timely completion of maintenance tasks.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical and electrical equipment to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
• Develop and implement maintenance schedules and work orders to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure that maintenance activities are scheduled during non-peak hours.
• Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards, and provide training to staff on safety procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to implement machine improvements and upgrades.
• Manage inventory and procurement of spare parts and materials to support maintenance activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems, including PLC programming and control systems.
• Certifications in relevant areas such as ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems) or OSHAS 18001 (Occupational Safety and Health Management Systems) are a plus.
• Proven experience in leading and managing a team of maintenance technicians.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM or similar systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
