You will work closely with our team of skilled therapists and concierges to deliver a seamless and luxurious experience, using our state-of-the-art booking system, Mandarin Spa Manager.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Coordinate and manage guest appointments, ensuring that all treatments and services are scheduled and delivered efficiently.
• Provide personalized recommendations for spa treatments and services based on guest preferences and needs.
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the spa lobby and treatment rooms.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of treatment rooms, ensuring that all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Work closely with the spa manager and other team members to ensure that all guest needs are met and exceeded.
• Promote and upsell spa services and amenities to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of guest information and treatment history using Mandarin Spa Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a luxury spa, hotel, or hospitality environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with the ability to manage multiple guest requests simultaneously.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, as it is the primary language of the spa.
• Familiarity with luxury spa services, treatments, and protocols.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Certification in first aid and CPR is a plus.
