📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee day-to-day mining operations, including planning, scheduling, and execution of mining activities.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations, including those set forth by the government and industry standards.
• Manage a team of 15-20 employees, including miners, engineers, and support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
