Oversee daily operations of the store to ensure smooth and efficient service.,Lead and motivate the management and staff team to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive customer traffic and sales.,Manage inventory and supply chain to optimize costs and ensure product availability.,Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and feedback effectively.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a General Manager or equivalent role in the retail or food service industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of sales, marketing, and customer service best practices.,Understanding of labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. (Preferred but not required)
