📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute livestream selling strategies that align with IKEA's digital retail goals.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging, high-quality livestream content.
Analyze livestream performance data to optimize future strategies and improve sales.
Manage and grow our social commerce presence on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Work with our e-commerce team to integrate livestream sales into our online shopping experience.
Stay updated with the latest trends in social commerce and digital retail.
Train and mentor other team members on best practices for livestream selling.
Report on the success of livestream initiatives to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or e-commerce.
Proven experience in livestreaming and social commerce.
Familiarity with social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
