📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Create and deliver training materials, including manuals, presentations, and workshops.,Conduct training sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and goals.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process by providing training to new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in training and development.,Strong communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with training management systems and software.,Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.
