Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers and engineers to ensure documentation is accurate and up-to-date,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical materials,Edit and proofread technical documents for clarity and accuracy,Provide technical writing support to the sales and support teams,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Participate in product development and improvement initiatives,Work with cross-functional teams to gather information and create effective documentation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong writing and editing skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software,Understanding of software development processes and methodologies,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
