📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer service skills and call centre excellence.,Conduct assessments and provide feedback to measure the effectiveness of training programs.,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content.,Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to align training programs with business objectives.,Provide coaching and mentoring to call centre agents to improve their performance.,Stay updated with industry best practices and trends in customer service and call centre operations.,Analyze training data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Foster a positive and inclusive training environment that encourages continuous learning and development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the customer service or call centre industry.,Proven track record of designing and delivering effective training programs.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and motivate trainees.,Knowledge of customer service best practices and call centre operations.,Proficiency in using training management systems and learning management systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
