📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for software products,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure accuracy,Write clear, concise, and user-friendly documentation that meets the needs of our customers,Review and edit technical content to ensure consistency and quality,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Contribute to the development of our technical writing style guide and processes,Provide training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Technical Writing, or a related field,3-5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the software industry,Strong writing and editing skills, with a focus on clarity and accuracy,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as Markdown, Confluence, or similar platforms,Experience working with Agile development teams and understanding of software development processes,Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams,Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
