📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize the company's procurement processes to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of goods and services.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and ensure quality standards are met.,Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and improved supplier performance.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth procurement operations and alignment with business goals.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels.,Evaluate and select new suppliers based on quality, price, and reliability.,Prepare and analyze purchase reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and inventory control.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
