In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.,Manage guest inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and reservations.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Provide information about local attractions, dining, and other services available to guests.,Monitor front desk operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the front desk.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in front desk receptionist roles in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests and staff effectively.,Strong organizational skills to manage guest records and reservations accurately.,Basic computer literacy and proficiency in using office software and reservation systems.,Familiarity with local regulations and industry standards is a plus.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field is preferred.
