📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals, reports, and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to clients.,Attend trade shows, conferences, and networking events to promote our products and services.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, and provide recommendations for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding performance expectations.,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
