📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets.,Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients.,Manage inventory and ensure optimal stock levels.,Train and mentor junior sales staff to improve performance.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
