📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical recommendations.,Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.,Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.,Mentor and guide junior engineers in the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of engineering principles and practices.,Proficiency in relevant engineering software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with project management methodologies.
