The Clinton Health Access Initiative Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring prevention and immunization programs in Indonesia. You will work closely with local partners, government agencies, and communities to improve health outcomes and reduce disease burden. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement prevention and immunization programs in alignment with national and international health goals.,Monitor and evaluate program performance, including coverage, impact, and cost-effectiveness.,Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, government agencies, and communities.,Provide technical assistance and capacity building to local partners and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines.,Prepare and present reports and presentations to stakeholders and donors.,Participate in team meetings, workshops, and conferences to share knowledge and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in public health, medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management, prevention, or immunization.,Strong understanding of national and international health policies and guidelines.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in working in Indonesia is a plus.
