As a Padel & Sports Community Operations Specialist, you’ll be responsible for crafting and executing engaging programs that bring people together. From organizing tournaments and workshops to coordinating with local partners, your daily tasks will be as diverse as they are rewarding. You’ll use tools like Eventbrite and Google Workspace to streamline operations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and implement engaging sports and recreational programs to attract and retain community members.
Organize and host tournaments, workshops, and events using Eventbrite and other event management tools.
Collaborate with local partners and sponsors to expand our reach and impact.
Manage and maintain our community database using Google Workspace, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Develop and maintain relationships with community members, ensuring their voices are heard and their needs are met.
Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness, making data-driven decisions to continuously improve our offerings.
Promote our programs and events through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and local partnerships.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in community sports and recreation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Recreation, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in community sports and recreation, with a proven track record of successful program implementation.
Certification in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
Proficient in using Eventbrite, Google Workspace, and other event management tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Passionate about sports and community building.
