Oversee the daily operations of the dental clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow.,Manage and coordinate the schedules of dental staff, including dentists, hygienists, and support staff.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.,Monitor and manage clinic finances, including budgeting and expense tracking.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and patient satisfaction.,Conduct regular staff meetings to address concerns and improve performance.,Ensure the clinic is well-stocked with necessary supplies and equipment.,Handle patient inquiries and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
