📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.,Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to network and promote our products.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong understanding of the market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Ability to manage and mentor a team effectively.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools is a plus.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
