📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashiering operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency,Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to transactions,Monitor and maintain cash and inventory levels,Train and mentor junior cashiers,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,Report any irregularities or discrepancies to the appropriate authorities,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Maintain a clean and organized cashiering area

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cashiering or related roles,Strong knowledge of cash handling and inventory management,Excellent communication and customer service skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and software,Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance,High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is a plus
