📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and organize banquet events from start to finish, ensuring they meet the company's standards and client expectations.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure all arrangements are made and delivered on time.,Manage a team of banquet staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they deliver excellent service.,Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet venues, ensuring they are ready for events and properly cleaned after.,Monitor event budgets and expenses, ensuring they are managed effectively and within budget.,Communicate with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction throughout the event process.,Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed during banquet events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in banquet staffing or a related role.,Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.,Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of event management software and tools.,Understanding of health and safety regulations related to event management.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
