In this role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, presentations, and videos,Conduct training sessions and workshops for employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to improve them,Coordinate with other departments to ensure training needs are met,Maintain records of training activities and participant feedback,Assist in the development of training budgets and schedules,Provide support to senior training officers as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development,Strong communication and presentation skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with training software and tools,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Ability to travel for training purposes
