📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring efficiency and productivity.,Managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve individual and departmental goals.,Developing and implementing departmental strategies to meet company objectives.,Monitoring departmental performance, setting targets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.,Conducting regular team meetings and providing feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Ensuring the department's budget is managed effectively and efficiently.,Representing the department at meetings and events as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of HR practices and procedures is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
