Infrastructure Manager

As an Infrastructure Manager in our Jakarta Raya office, you will be responsible for leading and managing all on-site infrastructure and construction activities for our Pig Farm development project. In this role, you will plan, monitor, and ensure the smooth execution of construction activities, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met. You will work closely with a team of engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to deliver a world-class facility that meets the highest standards of animal welfare and sustainability.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage all on-site infrastructure and construction activities for the Pig Farm development project.
• Plan, monitor, and ensure the smooth execution of construction activities, ensuring that all safety and quality standards are met.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of construction materials and equipment.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of construction tasks.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure that construction activities are completed within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and maintain detailed construction reports and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in infrastructure management and construction, with a proven track record of successfully completing projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction management software, such as Procore, Primavera, or MS Project.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Professional certification in Construction Management (e.g., PMP, CAPM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the construction industry in Indonesia is a plus.
