Based in Jakarta Selatan, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain our NetSuite ERP system, driving efficiency and growth for our organization.

As an ERP Functional Specialist, you'll be responsible for configuring, customizing, and maintaining our NetSuite ERP system to meet the unique needs of our business. You'll work with our finance, operations, and sales teams to ensure that our ERP system accurately reflects our business processes and supports our strategic goals. With your expertise in NetSuite, you'll be instrumental in driving our digital transformation and helping us achieve our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Configure and customize NetSuite ERP system to meet the specific needs of Phintraco Group.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our ERP system accurately reflects our business processes.
Implement and maintain data management processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of NetSuite ERP system.
Monitor and analyze system performance to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the IT team to ensure that our ERP system is integrated with other business systems.
Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in ERP technology and best practices.
Contribute to the development of our ERP strategy and roadmap.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in ERP implementation and maintenance, with a focus on NetSuite.
Certification in NetSuite ERP (SuiteAnalytics, SuiteCommerce, or other relevant certifications).
Strong understanding of financial and operational processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
