As a Digital Pattern and Marker Maker, you will work closely with our design and production teams to create accurate and efficient patterns. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and adjust digital patterns using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.
• Develop and implement marker plans to optimize fabric usage and minimize waste.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure patterns meet the brand's aesthetic and functional requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on patterns and markers to maintain high standards of accuracy and precision.
• Provide technical support and training to production team members on pattern making and marker planning.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve production efficiency.
• Work with the production team to troubleshoot and resolve pattern and marker-related issues.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new and innovative solutions for pattern making and marker planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital pattern making and marker planning.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Gerber Accumark, Lectra Modaris, or similar.
• Strong understanding of garment construction and fit.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with designers and production staff.
• Familiarity with fashion industry standards and best practices.
