📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations and ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations.
• Manage a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support to achieve operational excellence.
• Implement and maintain quality control processes, including testing and inspection procedures.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to drive continuous improvement in product quality.
• Monitor and analyze laboratory data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with international quality standards and certifications.
• Develop and implement training programs for laboratory staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in laboratory management, preferably in the footwear or textile industry.
• Certification in quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 or IATF 16949.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and quality control processes.
• Proficient in using laboratory software, such as LabArchives or similar systems.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a team.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including REACH and RoHS.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
