📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems,Monitor and maintain network performance and security,Assist with the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Provide training and support to employees on new IT tools and technologies,Document and track IT incidents and issues,Work with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to IT systems and processes,Provide remote support to employees as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a related field,Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems,Experience with network protocols and security,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team

🛠️ Keahlian

ITIL frameworkNetworking (CCNA certification is a plus)Active DirectoryTroubleshooting and diagnosticsCustomer service and supportBasic scripting (PowerShellBashetc.)
