📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify vendor invoices using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledgers to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain and update vendor master files and payment records.
• Issue payments to vendors in a timely manner and ensure proper documentation.
• Monitor accounts payable aging and follow up on overdue payments.
• Prepare and analyze monthly accounts payable reports.
• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
