Field Education Consultant

In this role, you'll visit schools in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, conducting workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one consultations to help educators and students leverage our platform effectively. You'll also collaborate with our team to develop and implement tailored educational programs that meet the specific needs of each school.

This role offers competitive compensation ranging from IDR 6,000,000 to IDR 10,000,000 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Visit and engage with schools in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung to conduct workshops, training sessions, and one-on-one consultations.
• Develop and implement tailored educational programs that meet the specific needs of each school.
• Collaborate with the Ruangguru team to drive awareness and adoption of our innovative learning solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to educators and students, ensuring they effectively leverage our platform.
• Gather feedback and insights from schools to inform the continuous improvement of our educational programs.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions and activities, including reports and presentations.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives.
• Promote Ruangguru's values and mission, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in education consulting, teaching, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with educators and students.
• Proficient in using educational technology platforms and tools.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian education system and curriculum.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Passion for education and a commitment to driving positive change in the field.
